Strandgade 108 - NOMA

During late summer 2015, by commission of NOMA managing director Peter Kreiner and Chef Kristian Baumann we studied the possibilities for the refurbishment of Strandgade 108 in to a new restaurant at Christianshavn Copenhagen. We enjoyed the fruitful dialogue with the client´s board including NOMA´s René Redzepi.
